As of right now, we only provide PLA, but if you want ABS or a different type of filament, we would be happy to get it for you.
Can I provide my own design?
Absolutely! You can upload your design files in STL, OBJ, or other compatible formats. If you need assistance refining your design, we can help.
What is your refund or revision policy?
We strive to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product. We will not ship it to you until we are sure that you will be satisfied. Refunds or reprints are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Do you ship completed prints?
Yes, we offer shipping options for completed prints. Shipping fees and delivery times will depend on your location.
